A lot of the bigger conversations that can happen around educational technology on a national scale are big ideas, like MOOCs or flipped instruction or 1-to-1 computing initiatives. And a lot of times those generate a lot of conversation and they’re fascinating, and I sometimes think what gets pushed aside is the discovery that teachers make when they’re doing things that we almost take for granted in terms of the initial steps of integrating technology in the classroom.
